About Service:-

The water treatment plant is widely used for iron removal, establishment of mineral water plant, RO plant and domestic water treatment. Right from layout designing to fabrication, erection, testing and installation.

Water Treatment Range:-

 Dual media Filter

    

Also known as Pressure Sand filters, these are used to remove the turbidity and suspended solids from the water. The filter media generally used is sand-anthracite, and inside the filter there is a layered bed of filter media. It provides very efficient particle removal under high filtration rate. Sand is used to remove the suspended particles and anthracite is used to remove the odor and color etc. to make the water fit for different applications.

Activated Carbon Filter

    

These filters are designed to help in removal of color, reduction of COD and other specific applications. These filters comprises of a steel pressure vessels containing activated carbon granules as filter media. Activated carbon is porous carbon material because of which and huge specific surface area, activated carbon has very strong adsorption capacity. It removes bad odor of water. These filters are fitted with number of valves according to the capacity and specification provided by the customer.

Demineralization plants

                    

Water is de-ionized that means all the minerals ions are removed in a Demineralization plant. Cations of sodium, calcium, iron, copper, etc and anions such as chloride, sulphate, nitrate, etc are common ions found in water. This process is a physical process which utilizes the specially-manufactured ion exchange resins. This function of the resin is to provide ion exchange site for the replacement of the mineral salts in water with water forming H+ and OH- ions. As the majority of water impurities are dissolved salts, deionization produces similar water to distilled water. The advantage of this process is that it is quick and without scale buildup. 

Iron and Arsenic Removal Filter

        

These are filters which help in reduction of iron and Arsenic in water by using special media.

Reverse Osmosis (Finds application in drinking water)

Reverse Osmosis is considered one of the great technologies breakthroughs of this century,   because it processes water at a molecular level. And it is a big step above filters of any type.   You can feel confident that the full spectrum of impurities is reduced, including excessive dissolved salts, microorganisms, disinfection by products and toxins. RO plants are used to eliminate impurities and viruses, salinity/hardness and other impurities from water

Water Softener

Water softener technique reduces the concentration of calcium, magnesium and certain other metal cations from water. These "hardness ions" can cause a variety of undesired effects in daily life. Conventional water-softening appliances depend on an ion-exchange resin in which hardness ions are exchanged for sodium ions. The water to be treated passes through a bed of the resin. Negatively charged resins absorb and bind metal ions, which are positively charged. Resins are also available to remove carbonate, bi-carbonate and sulphate ions which are absorbed and hydroxyl ions released from the resin. Both types of resin may be provided in a single water softener. This method is called the ion exchange method.
