Used in metallurgy, construction, light industry, aviation, aerospace, materials, universities, research institutes and other fields. Test operations and data processing in line with "metal material tensile test method at room temperature" requirements.

APPLICATION :

·         It is suitable for tension, compression, bending, shearing, peeling, tearing and other tests by adding different test fixture for metal and non-metal materials.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM :

·         The hydraulic oil in the tank through motor drive high-pressure pump into the oil, flows through check, high pressure oil filters, differential pressure valve set, servo valves, into the oil cylinder.

·         Computer control signals to the servo valve, the control and direction of the servo valve opening to control the flow into the cylinder to achieve constant test force, constant displacement control.

·         Through the tubing, pressure tubing through and through oil return valve to tank.

How much maximum load you will typically need depends on the type of materials you are testing and is among the key issues to consider in deciding whether to opt for a single-column or a dual-column machine. Also consider whether you will require a large environmental chamber for testing at controlled temperatures. Dual-column units are taller and allow for larger samples and larger thermal cabinets to be inserted between the columns. If you will be doing any compression testing of foams, a dual-column unit is typically required because the samples tend to be large.
